When it comes to foreign languages, I prefer to learn a language with lingopie, and this platform works way better for me. After a couple messages sent to them (I never found a phone number), Naomi responded to my request for assistance. However they still charged my card for the year's service and I was really worried and upset about that. Every show has both Spanish and English subtitles and the content has an educational focus. For that reason I cancelled after the first day of my seven day trial by sending a message which was the only method I saw to communicate the desure to cancel. It operates similarly, but the Spanish shows for kids are sure to help little ones improve their language skills. I was hoping to possibly reverse it and use the Spanish version to learn English as a second language, but it apparently wasn't designed for that as I should have known. The concept they use to teach seems good and I wish it could have worked out for what I needed. Great concept, happy in the end with customer service
